Ich hatte nun schon ein paar Stunden bei Jian. Es macht mir immer super viel Spass. Sie kann sehr gut und verständlich erklären und gibt gute Tipps wie man sich Sachen besser und einfacher merken kann. Sie ist sehr Geduldig und gestaltet den Unterricht immer spannend. Ich bin froh, dass ich endlich eine so tolle Lehrerin gefunden haben. Da vergeht die Stunde wie im Flug :) 감사합니다!!

If you want to learn Korean from scratch, I can totally recommend Jian-Sseam. Classes feel very comfortable with her, it’s fun and motivating. Jian is incredibly patient when I forgot the meaning of a word. I can feel that my progress and our classes matter a lot to her. I don’t feel like any other student, she adapts to my personal level and learning speed. She also prepared a personal website where we both note down what I learned, progress, feedback, questions and homework. She has great material ready for learning. I seriously can’t imagine any better way to teach Korean than she does. Before I took her lessons, I only knew a few Korean words. Now I can read and write Hangeul, I learned about basic sentence structure and most important particles and expanded my vocabulary. Keep in mind: You must make sure to have some free time next to the actual classes as you will get homework and need to repeat grammar and vocabularies [usual business when learning a new language, though].

Jian ist eine sehr freundliche Lehrering, bei der man wirklich den Eindruck hat, dass sie Spaß am unterrichten hat. Ich fühle mich bei ihr sehr gut aufgehoben, denn sie geht auch auf meine spontanen Fragen ein und kann alles beantworten.

I started my journey of learning Korean with Jian and i am thankful i decided to pick her as my teacher. She has always the best for the student in mind and is also flexible when it comes to adjusting the pace of learning to the needs of me as a student. Nevertheless she still focuses on your goals as a student and every lesson i had with her is fun and productive. She doesn´t mind explaining the things i forgot and is creative to explain it in different ways in case i don´t get it the first time. I can really recommend her and hope you can experience that for yourself.

Mein Wunsch, viel zu sprechen und zu lesen, wurde erfüllt.

It was a very satisfactory and interesting class, the teacher was very concern explaining the phonetics of Korean language and how to do it correctly.
