Penny 老師 is very organized and provides a spreadsheet of all of the things we have learned. She creates opportunities for students to practice speaking what they are learning and also appropriately helps review past items to make sure they aren't forgotten. She is also very smart, she speaks English, Japanese, and Chinese fluently. This allows her to provide perspectives that most other teachers cant.

She is curious and patient, which means that conversations with her are genuine and I get lots of opportunity to talk.
