My name is Gbenga Paul. My first name means "Lifted". I live in Lagos, Nigeria and i'm passionate about helping people get better.
I'm quite inquisitive so I try to learn something new everyday and I believe I can learn from everybody and anybody. I detest dishonesty.
Making friends and meeting new people gives me great joy. I like to keep fit and I love sports a lot.
I like hiking, camping, gardening, travelling, painting, reading, and teaching.
I also love good movies and I have a soft spot for pets.지도 경험
I believe anyone can achieve whatever they set their mind to because a situation is as difficult as you make it and when you believe you can do something, your goal is half achieved. I love to help people on their journey to their goal and that's how I became interested in teaching without even realizing it.
I started teaching (online and offline) long before i joined italki. I excel in teaching languages and a lot other stuffs.

I have been taking lessons with Paul for sometime and I’ve learned so much. He’s very knowledgeable and keeps learning interesting with just enough enough challenge to help me grow without becoming lost or discouraged. Paul does a great job of explaining the foundational rules of pidgin, and how it would differ to learning a traditional language such as Yorubá or French. He then provides a foundation for vocabulary and will practise conversation scenarios with you. He is also willing to adapt the lesson entirely to your requirements, e.g. I am traveling to Lagos soon so we had a lesson on social etiquette in airports.
He also does a great job explaining aspects of Nigerian culture. Thanks Paul!

Good first class back after a long break on my part which can often happen as a student of any subject.
As always, Gbenga was attentive and catered to my level. I had forgotten quite a bit so he helped me get back into the flow of Yoruba with patience and encouragement.
Always highly recommended! :)
