I have had six Swedish lessons with Danilo and by far made the most progress with him as compared to any other tutor (and I’ve had quite a few). Having lived in Sweden for 4.5 years and trying to learn Swedish many times, this is the first tutor who makes me feel comfortable speaking in my broken Swedish. Danilo always has a lesson plan which is tailored to my strengths and weaknesses, and he knows how to push me to improve. I would highly recommend Danilo if you’re looking for a language teacher.. he is very skilled and professional.

Danilo is just a great teacher. He is very reliable and easy to communicate with. He is always well prepared and he tailors the lessons to my needs. He can explain things in such a way that it is easy to understand. He gives you confidence and constructive feedback.

One can tell that Danilo is an experienced teacher. The lesson was well structured, I got relevant feedback, and he recommended podcasts at the spot which were in line with my interests.

Danilo is such a great teacher! His gentle, encouraging approach, with conversation and corrections, verbal and written, has taught me so much Swedish - from zero to really expressing my thoughts in less than 100 hours! I look forward to our lessons every week.

This was just the first lesson, and Danilo was great. He outlined his process, took time to understand me and what I’m trying to do and then taught some Swedish. I’m looking forward to many more lessons to come

Had my first ever italki lesson with Danilo yesterday and it went really well. I was nervous going in but within the first few minutes I was completely at ease. He got straight into it — asking me questions in Swedish, figuring out what I know, and gently correcting me where needed. Learned a lot in just 30 minutes. Great teacher, would definitely recommend. Looking forward to more lessons!
