Business English teacher with 7 years of experience, in Shanghai, China I come from New Zealand, but I have also spent time living in Australia, the UK, and the USA. Right now, I am living in Shanghai, China. I have been learning Mandarin Chinese for a few years, so I am comfortable conversing in this language. I have been teaching English to adults for the past 7 years, and I have worked with students from all over the world! My focus is on business English, but if you want to learn about grammar or improve your conversation skills, I can help you in these areas too! My undergraduate major was in Chemistry (BSc). However, I have also completed a Grauduate Diploma of Secondary Education (GDipEd), so I am qualified as a high school teacher. I have a Cert IV in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I currently work as a business English trainer. If you want a teacher that is easy to understand, experienced, and can help you discuss topics ranging from handling questions in meetings to investment strategies, I'm the right teacher for you! My lessons will focus on topics that are relevant to your needs and interests. I like to have a mixture of conversation, grammar, vocabulary, and role play to get you speaking and using your new language skills as quickly as possible.
