Hi! My name is Katherine and I'm excited to help you with your English :) I am an avid reader and enjoy discussing books and authors. I also enjoy writing, long distance running, music, and much more! I'm a language learner myself and have reached an intermediate level of Italian. I am teaching on italki part-time. I will update my availability weekly and what is on my calendar is what I'm able to teach that week. Thanks for understanding.

As a language learner, I can understand how difficult the language learning process can be. I'm here to help guide you through these difficulties and keep your motivation high! Also, as someone who specialized in English Language and Literature while at school, I understand all the intricacies and quirks of English language. Beyond its usefulness, English is such an incredibly rich and beautiful language and I'm eager to expose students to materials that highlight this.

내 강의 및 지도 스타일

While I know that it can be intimidating to speak in a different language, I do believe that speaking is one of the most important aspects of language learning. As you speak, I'll be taking notes with corrections and feedback. If you'd like me to correct you after a mistake is made, I'm happy to do so. However, I know that this can disrupt the flow for some students, and will be happy to share corrections with you at the end of our lesson. I also will utilize reading materials and popular culture!
