Hi! I’m Tamilla, a native English speaker with 6 years of full-time teaching experience. Born in Russia and raised in the United States, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University and love languages, literature, fitness, yoga, hiking, and travel.
I teach students worldwide through fun, conversational lessons focused on real English for daily life, work, and culture. I help students sound more natural, improve grammar, build confidence, and practice phrases native speakers use every day.
I’m very patient, especially with beginners, and my neutral accent is clear and easy to understand. I also provide written corrections in chat so students can review later and study after class.
I teach students from all over the world, and we talk about every topic imaginable.
I love to teach casual conversation, to help my students sound more like native speakers. I also teach "business English," which helps students sound more professional at work.
I am a very patient teacher. Many of my students are complete beginners, and I work slowly and focus on the basics.
My accent is completely neutral, and very easy to understand!
My lessons are always fun! It doesn't matter what the topic is, or the student's level of English. We always have a great time in class, because being relaxed and having fun is a great way to improve speaking skills.

Las clases con Tamilla son estupendas. Yo me siento muy relajada hablando en inglés con ella. Cada día aprendo más y eso que me parece muy difícil, pero ella tiene mucha paciencia, por eso aprender se hace menos difícil.
