Hi! I’m Meyling Kong from Trujillo, Peru, currently living in Brazil. I’ve been teaching Spanish on Italki for over 5 years. I speak neutral Latin American Spanish, perfect for learners who want to understand and speak clearly. I love teaching, dancing, and connecting with people from around the world. I started tutoring kids in English when I was 16 in Peru. At 19, I lived and worked in Hawaii for 4 months, which helped me reach an advanced level of English. I studied Management and Tourism, so fluency in English was a must. This inspired me to also teach Spanish to tourists visiting my city. Now, I want to keep sharing my language and culture with people from all over the world, and help them improve their Spanish in the most natural and effective way. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
My teaching style is conversational and flexible. We can talk about topics you like or I can suggest some—current events, cultural issues, or everyday situations. You're welcome to ask about my country and culture so I can help you expand your vocabulary naturally. I know learning a new language can be challenging—I'm learning Italian, French, and Mandarin myself! But I’ll support and guide you to stay motivated. Today was my 4th lesson with Meyling, and I learn a little more about different cultures and improve my Spanish every time. Every lesson has been fun and very productive. The conversation just flows so naturally, so if you want to have fun while learning, you don't need to look any farther than Meyling. 5 stars!

That was excellent, Meyling! I like your approach!!! I think we can should be able to get along fine! You were quick to understand the way in which I need to learn! Not everyone is that quick! The materials I showed you can be adapted very easily to teach any language!!! At least, the pictures of colours, animals, food and drink, clothes I showed you at the end of the class can be!!! The beauty of the cards and the visual images in the software is that there are no words in any language on them, so they can be adapted to teach any language to anybody, anywhere in the world!!! if you don't want them to hear English, just turn your sound down a bit, or, just use the cards (or your own cards)!!! Cards are brilliant!!!
