Ángeles is a joy to converse with, and she is a very adaptable teacher who can meet me where I am on any given day. It is clear she enjoys languages, linguistics, and culture, all of which makes for great conversation and a productive (and enjoyable!) learning experience. A Spanish-speaking friend in my country told me that Argentina and Costa Rica speak the most correct Spanish, and I have found this to be true with Ángeles as she can easily help me with the best grammatical structures for what I am trying to express.

It is always a pleasure to do a lesson with Angeles, She is a gentle soul with a deep knowledge of the language and grammar, and her experience studying multiple other languages enhances her ability to teach as well as her understanding of the difficulty of learning other languages. I do much of my learning elsewhere, but conversations with Angeles are the highlight of my Spanish learning. She gently helps me express myself better and better so that I can speak more fluently on a variety of topics. I really appreciate how she can explain nuances of her language so well. She also helps me with the finer points of grammar, things I don't understand from my other learning sources, but our conversations still flow easily and naturally.
