Mir hat gut gefallen, dass Jacob sich meinen Sprachlevel angepasst hat und ruhig gesprochen hat. Er erklärt immer sehr schnell was er meint, falls man es nicht verstehen sollte. Er geht gezielt auf einen ein und bietet gezielte Hilfe in der Aussprache und Wortnutzung an. Super Eindruck :)
