Hi everyone!
My name is Jack; I am a native English speaker who has lived in various American cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Boston.
Throughout high school and college I taught a variety of subjects, including English, as both a volunteer and a professional teacher; after college I began working as a teacher for a technology education company.
I try to be a patient and easy-going teacher who meets the students where they are... children and beginners are welcome!
I enjoy learning languages, reading, and watching movies.
I speak French (DALF C1), am conversational in Greek, and am currently learning Spanish!지도 경험
I am a patient teacher who will improve your ability to speak fluidly on different topics.
I will be happy to provide exercises, but I think it’s more fun to learn a language by having interesting conversations. I’d love to discuss whatever topics you are interested in, or I could provide my own. I think it can also be rewarding and motivating to learn English through English art; if you have any novels or plays you are interested in, I’d love to read and discuss them together! 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
The goal of our lessons is to get you speaking as much as possible! I will try to pose questions and advance the conversation so you can have the opportunity to continually improve your English skills.
You can propose your own conversation topics - I’m cool with talking about nearly anything - or I can suggest topics on current events, culture, or the arts.
