Hi guys,
My name is Nicole, I'm a 29 year old language teacher from Switzerland.
I like travelling, being outdoors and I absolutely love food.
I have visited over 30 countries so far and there are a lot more on my list.
Languages are my passion and whenever I meet people I want to be able to communicate in their language with them.

Meine Name ist Nicole, ich bin 29 und komme aus der Schweiz.
Ich reise gerne, mag es in der Natur zu sein und vor allem aber liebe ich Essen.
Ich bin schon in über 30 Länder gereist und es stehen noch viele mehr auf meiner Liste.

I have a Master's Degree in English Languages and Linguistics as well as a CELTA Certificate.
I started teaching English in 2016 in Mexico where I worked with children.
Since the beginning of 2018 I've been teaching English as well as German in Sydney, Cambridge and Switzerland to students from all over the world.
I absolutely love my job and I always want to create the best and most exciting lessons for my students.

I create my lessons as student-centred as possible, which means that you get to talk and practice the language you want to learn.
You tell me what you would like to learn and I promise you to create the most interesting and fun lesson for you.
I'm a very patient person and I know how it is to learn a language, which is why I can give you a lot of tips and tricks.
Ich gestalte meine Lektionen so, dass der Student möglichst viel zum Sprechen kommt und so die Sprache schneller lernt.
Du sagst mir was du gerne lernen möchtest und ich verspreche dir, dass ich die interessanteste und tollste Lektion vorbereite.

This was my 1st first 1 hour lesson with Nicole, after previously completing a trial lesson. Nicole is smiley and friendly and instantly makes you feel at ease and be yourself. She is patient and supportive and you never feel uncomfortable. For the 1st time ever I actually look forward to German lessons. Her biggest selling point is her ability to detect where her students have problems then focus on these points in the lessons. At the end of the lesson she sent me a video link to help me better understand the word order of German sentences which was particularly useful.

Nicole was once again patient with me, as we've covered a difficult subject today. I recommend Nicole to anyone who has the desire to learn German, which is difficult than I have initially thought. She is someone who encourages the student to also immerse in the language in depth, rather than only looking at it holistically. I am hoping that my next lesson with her would be better than ever.

Nicole is very patient, friendly and welcoming. What more could you want while learning a language? I have just done one lesson with Nicole so far but I will definitely be doing more. Looking forward to them already. Danke Nicole!
