Yuka Sensei is really a great teacher. She has all the qualities you would want while trying to learn Japanese. Even when I dont feel like having my lesson, Yuka makes it enjoyable, and I'm happy I completed the lesson every time. I am very lucky to have found Yuka sensei on my language journey and helping me improve my Japanese.

Yuka-sensei really is the BEST. I feel endlessly grateful that friends recommended her to me. She is always perfectly prepared for the lessons, punctual, and oh so bright and joyful to work with! She always explains everything within the lesson and answers any questions I bring in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Most native speakers I ask are not able to do this! The pacing is perfect, she is flexible to my schedule and needs, she offers an amazing variety of learning approaches to ensure a holistic education, she uses the chat function in a way that really supports my in-lesson learning and my post-lesson reviews, and she is constantly encouraging. She is a terrific person and teacher and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a teacher!! (And I am pretty picky about teachers because I am one too, haha) Thank you, Yuka-sensei!!

Taking classes with Yuka-san is the highlight of my week. I highly recommend her to students who are looking for an excellent teacher who is highly encouraging and has abundant patience. Learning a new language is always a challenge but it is eased a lot by having someone who understands your struggle and supports you through it. Yuka-san is always eager to answer any questions I have in a well thought out manner. She has been instrumental in guiding me through the intricacies of Japanese culture and language!
