Hello, my name is Karolina!
Before the war in Ukraine, I was a teacher in private schools, as well as an online tutor. Now, due to recent events, I give lessons exclusively online and would be happy to have our lessons!
I have three degrees: in linguistics and philosophy (pragmatics), as well as in artificial intelligence. My main professional and academic interest is Natural Language Processing (NLP) and our capacity for language acquisition.
I am bilingual, as Ukrainian and Russian are my native languages.
Now I teach Russian, Ukrainian, and English to children and adults. With effort, you will be able to speak the language you need confidently and easily! I invite you to my classes!지도 경험
I am a person who always supports and understands, but also motivates you to do your homework, which is very important for the results. I will be very happy to study with you and I also love it when my students become my friends because my task as a teacher and this is scientifically confirmed, for example, by such a psychological phenomenon as the Pygmalion or Rosenthal effect, not only to teach but to give support and self-confidence, since positive expectations of the teacher for the student have greater results. I have over 5 years of work experience. I teach children from 4 years old and adults up to 101 :)
As a teacher, I support a communicative approach to language learning. The main focus of teaching is the practice of speaking and listening, but the basis of grammar is also very important, so these are 3 elements around which most of my lessons are built. Of course, we also practice reading and writing, as well as vocabulary, but it makes no sense if a person cannot understand or answer his interlocutor.

The teacher gave me a good lesson as well as the previous lessons. After the lesson, I will always be given a notebook to reflect on the lesson, including homework. The notes are very helpful for me in reviewing.
Ukrainian is very easy to learn if you can read the Cyrillic script used in Russian and Mongolian. In the first half of the lesson, I learned the simple syntax that I reviewed in my homework, but the teacher recognized that I could read Cyrillic and made me read sentences made up of long Ukrainian syntax. In this way, the teacher changes the way the lesson progresses according to the skill of the student. It's a very rewarding lesson. So I can recommend it.

Karolina had her own materials and lesson plan but she was happy to adapt to my system for learning Russian which I appreciate very much. She was creative in her ideas for forming questions in Russian to help me practice conversation on my chosen topic and she openly expressed gratitude and eagerness to work with me again. She was friendly, curious and warm also.
