It was my first Chinese lesson ever. I had something prepared so I would have something to say in Chinese. Laurent was very patient with me. He corrected my pronunciation, tonality, vocabulary and sentence structure. He also speaks fluent English and can explain things clearly in English as needed. I found a long term Chinese teacher.

He explains grammar points and vocabulary clearly, without overwhelming me, and always prepares well-structured lessons tailored to my goals. It has been my 3d lesson with Laurent and we went through so many things so far! Even though I’m a complete beginner and need to repeat the same sound 5 times in a row, Laurent is very patient and gives a lot of examples to help me out. Can definitely recommend lessons with him, they are very useful and fun at the same time!
