Learning is a word we often associate with work, but I'm looking to change that! I want my students to enjoy all the life that my classes incorporate. Children don't realize they're learning their first language, they just do it! I want my students to learn without the formality so it becomes fun and they love it as much as I do! I'll do the work so they don't have to!5.0

We jumped right in today. After talking about my explorations of getting some exposure to a bit of signing using the resources Amy provided, we started the process of working through a basic story. Amy did an amazing job of explaining how to move from individual words on the page to thinking of topics and overarching concepts. There’s a flexibility and dynamism to the process of trying to think that way that is really fun and engaging, even at this early stage. I learned a lot in a short time today and I’m looking forward to practicing and to the next lessons with Amy.
