Hi, my name is Stefan and I am 24 years old. I live in the beautiful country of South Africa in a little town called Stellenbosch. I am a musician and I love poetry, art and writing. I currently run a Media Company and teach at a Performing Arts College while completing my Degree in Religious Studies. I love spending time in nature and staying active.

I have occupied a teaching role for numerous years and run an educational company in South Africa alongside my Media Company. I am passionate about efficiency and finding the best ways to receive the best results with less effort. I have spent many hours learning foreign languages myself, so I can relate to your journey and help you find the most efficient ways to acquire your chosen language as this is something very important for me in my personal life too. I believe that having fun is the best way to acquire any skill so I strive to create an environment where you can learn your chosen language in the most fun way possible.

My teaching style is informal and focuses on creating a relaxed environment where you feel free to make mistakes and learn. We will mostly focus on having conversations and speaking as much as possible as this is the best way to acquire any language. In our lessons, we will make sure to address your goals and aspirations so that I can adjust the lessons according to your specific needs. And finally, I will make sure that we have fun in the process.

I felt at home with Stefan! He's such a good teacher, I love his positive energy and the way he tries to make you feel at ease. Learning English with him it will be a pleasure also because he likes the same things: music, travels, jokes... He taught me many different things about culture, movies and places in your country. I took Stefan's informal Afrikaans conversation lesson. Stefan was very engaging and I liked his conversational style a lot. I appreciate his interest in music, recommendations for bands and willingness to talk about topics that align with my hobbies like politics. When you are learning a language you need someone who can keep the conversation alive and Stefan was certainly able to do that. You can tell Stefan is a language learner because he 'gets' how amazing it can be to start having conversations that need to be in your target language.
