I've just had my 10th conversation class with Paola and I'd highly recommend her as a tutor on italki. She is always really considerate and well prepared with topics to discuss, suggestions for films and series etc and adapts to the style I wanted for the lessons (more conversational with a few deep-dives into grammar or corrections as I go). It's always one of the highlights of the week talking with Paola and I can notice the difference in how comfortable I am in speaking Portuguese and my general understanding of the language. I highly recommend booking a class with her!

Had a great conversation lesson with Paola. She corrected my words, helped me with my pronunciation and explained culturally why some words are used. We talked about many topics in society today from smoking to immigration. I'm very happy I got to practice my portuguese to an intermediate level. She is kind, empathetic and very easy going with a bubbly personality. I would definitely recommend her as she has a lot of knowledge and experience teaching.

Another great lesson with Paola. She is always thinking of new ways to push how I express myself in Portuguese. Thanks to her style, Im getting out of my comfort zone and articulating my feelings more in depth. She sets real life scenarios whilst allowing me to develop my language skills with her. Thank you !
