Clear Canadian English coach specializing in working with technical professionals (engineers, pilots, accountants) and advanced learners (B2+) aged 17 and older. My 11+ years focus on real-world fluency—whether for interviews, work, or daily confidence. Ex-energy industry accountant and licensed pilot, I blend precision and approachability—because mastering English should be engaging, not intimidating! Let’s turn mistakes into progress. 😊
I have eleven (11) years of English teaching experience, mostly with adults ESL learners. I am more of a coach than a teacher. Learning is much more important than teaching: my job is to motivate and encourage my learners to become more confident in themselves. I don't just 'teach' English! I help motivate my people to learn English with real-life materials.
Nowadays, I am more focused on helping adult B2's, C1's, and C2's practice and improve their spoken English skills. Still, I enjoy working with any learners aged 17 and older.
Please, DON'T request a lesson unless you are at least 17 and have B2 or higher in the CEF. Please DO NOT book lessons on behalf of children.
I think of myself as more of a coach than a teacher. Learning is much more important than teaching: my job is to motivate and encourage my learners to become more confident in themselves.
