Hello language lovers!
My name is Giang. I've been teaching Vietnamese (Hanoi accent) since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has become a true passion of mine.
Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching both adults and children from diverse backgrounds. I always tailor my lessons to suit each student's goals, learning style, and interests—because I believe language learning should be personal and enjoyable.
One of the things I love most about teaching is sharing the rich culture and traditions of Vietnam with my students. I know Vietnamese can be challenging, but don't worry—we’ll practice together and make progress step by step.지도 경험
I have taught over 50 students from different parts of the world, including the U.S., Germany, France, Korea, and Japan.
My students range from young children (ages 6+) to adults of all proficiency levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners.
I have experience teaching both Vietnamese born abroad or with Vietnamese roots and foreign language learners with no prior knowledge of Vietnamese.
I believe in student-centered learning. That means each lesson is customized to suit your goals, whether you want to travel or live in Vietnam. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
Even the strongest storms can't compare to the challenge of mastering Vietnamese language. As the Vietnamese say, "Nước chảy đá mòn" (Water flows, stone wears down), which means that with patience and persistence, even the toughest obstacles can be overcome. In my lessons, I’ll help you navigate through the complexities of Vietnamese language in a way that makes it feel more manageable and even enjoyable.

Giang is a fantastic teacher. She is patient, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about how to best teach the Vietnamese language. She makes a point of tailoring the lessons to my particular needs and ability and making the lessons fun and enjoyable and I feel I am making real progress in this early stage of my language learning. Her materials are also excellent. I can highly recommend Giang to anyone looking to learn Vietnamese.

Cô Giang is great! She almost always uses Vietnamese in the lesson rather than English which I find really helpful and useful. She also speaks in a slow enough way that is easy for me to understand and interact. We spent half the lesson in conversation and half going over book materials which I also think is a good balance.

Giang Nguyen was very helpful and I liked her method of teaching where she kept asking me questions so I could speak and practice, and they were questions I would be asked in real life. It is structured but I don't think she works from a textbook or atleast not one I can tell, I think it was more customized than that. She created the lesson to fit my needs/purpose and I also liked that she would work with me on pronouncing various words. Thanks!
