such a fun lesson! really enjoying the variety of topics we've been discussing. as always, marlene is extremely kind and patient, and does an excellent job of explaining meanings and grammar.

Marlene is such a lovely person. We laugh a lot during the lesson and time flies. We continued with household activities, prepositions and articles. I learned a lot, but never had the impression to "be at school", but rather to sit with a friend in a café. Thank you for this focused but relaxed learning style.

Marlene is exactly what I was looking for to help my learning journey. The class is fun, at my level, and at a good pace. I’m very pleased and very thankful!

I feel so lucky that I picked Marlene for my first italki experience. She explains things well, and I always feel comfortable asking for clarification for anything I’m not clear on. And she continues to be patient with me getting used to the technology we use for remote lessons. Grazie, Marlene, for another great lesson. 😊

Un’altra bella conversazione con Marlene! Che gioia!

I get so much out of my lessons with Marlene - especially reviewing the homework. She is a patient and fun teacher.
