Eiko先生is the best teacher anyone could ask for! She is kind, funny, and easy to listen to and learn from! She not only teaches, but will also find ways to connect with her students! She speaks in a way that’s just at my level, while at the same time, she challenges me to learn more! She makes Japanese so easy to understand and whenever I struggled to understand what she’s saying, not only will she translate what was said in English, but also uses my confusion and questions as a teaching moment by sending me the kanji and furigana of the words she uses! Even when we go off topic from the lesson, whatever we talk about is used to learn more about Japan, Japanese people/culture, and the Japanese language! She’s helped me to not only learn to speak proper grammar but also teaches how to speak naturally! I could go on for days as to why you should book with Eiko先生, but the easiest way I can express it is that she gets a 10000000/10 from me! ありがとうございました先生! Can’t wait to book with you again!

EIKOさん is a great teacher ! Every lesson, the conversation flows easily - there is never any trouble finding a topic. EIKOさん is very patient and encouraging and helps me find the correct grammar and vocabulary to say what I want to say whenever I get stuck. New words and phrases are written down so it is easy to study them afterwards. I would recommend EIKOさん as a teacher to anyone, the conversation lessons especially are perfect for building confidence in speaking.

I've had classes with Eiko for the past couple of months, and really enjoyed them! She has a lot of patience, comes up with interesting topics making it easy to keep the conversation going. Eiko always answers my many questions! She helps me in a way that makes me not afraid of making mistakes, so I feel comfortable and less shy about speaking Japanese. Conversation. But I had trouble connecting to italki classroom and lesson ended early.

My one-hour lessons with Eiko-sensei always seem to fly by! She is great at conversing so our talks flow really well even when I struggle expressing myself in Japanese. There's always different topics to talk about and I always feel like I learned some new vocab or grammar afterwards. She's also been very considerate when lessons needed to be rescheduled. I really recommend Eiko-sensei for her patience and teaching style if you're nervous about speaking. My confidence and skill have gone way up since my first lesson with her!
