Bryndís Rún Hansen

Bryndís is an excellent teacher and makes Icelandic both approachable and engaging. I am not very adapt at learning new languages but working with Bryndís has rebuilt some confidence- which is impressive because of how notoriously difficult Icelandic is said to be!

Bryndis listens patiently to one’s questions and makes helpful corrections, answers, and suggestions to one’s speaking and listening abilities. She also provides clear cut examples of Icelandic usage. Her practical knowledge of both English and her native Icelandic make her an excellent instructor.
