Hey there, I'm a NYC-raised Canadian ELT traveling around the world. I like to travel to discover the world. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and learning about their cultures. I like to explore, share, and learn new things. If you can teach me a thing or two about your culture or language, that would be great! I also like to talk about history, geography, food/cooking, technology, design, linguistics, current events, or just some random thoughts on my mind (or yours).

Enjoy a casual conversation with an easy-going and patient language coach (me). I try to create a positive and supportive conversation space, so that you can feel relaxed and comfortable to try your speaking skills and build confidence. I'm here not just to teach the "textbook" English focused on grammar and vocabulary, but to explore, share, and learn new things together with people through natural, real-world conversations. I believe language learning isn't just one way - there's so much to learn from each other.

I could only give five stars, but Alex deserves way more. He is friendly and attentive. He said to me that he only accepts a limited amount of students to know us better and make connections with us. I truly feel that during our conversations. Alex always listens to me very carefully and asks me interesting questions that let me think more about my projects. I often end up the lessons having even more ideas for my projects. Alex is a gold mine, don’t look for other teachers out there, I tried more than 50 of them and Alex is hands up one of the bests. I don’t even feel like I am learning English, but I am! I can’t recommend his lessons more.
