Hello! My name is Milena, and I am a Brazilian passionate about culture and experiencing life through dance and travel. I hold a degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis on Digital Anthropology, Sociology, and the Economics of Immigration and Remittances. Currently, I work remotely as a User and Customer Experience Researcher for an international consultancy. After focusing on my career and traveling extensively, I’m returning to Italki to share Brazil’s diverse culture and regions with you. I provide a safe, supportive space where making mistakes is welcomed as a key part of building trust and improving. Let’s explore the language and Brazil together!

A gent falava sobre o Nordeste do Brasil. Milena sabe muito coisa sobre as pessoas e a história do Brasil. Eu tenho muito interesse em aprender sobre essa região e ela me mandou um artigo corto e um vídeo antes da lição. Me deu um contexto antes de ter a aula e me ajudou entender mais durante a aula. Inclusive aprendi que tem palavras africanas que tem influência no português. Gostei muito da aula com ela!
