My name is Ian and I'm from Northampton in the UK. I have been a teacher for the past 14 years and my teaching career has taken me all over the world. I have taught in England, South Korea, Hungary, China and Tbilisi, Georgia but nowadays I live in the rainy city of Manchester! My passions include reading non-fiction books, hiking and exploring new places with people I love.지도 경험
I am a fully qualified English teacher with 14 years of experience teaching students from all over the world and of all different levels. I started teaching in 2010, earning my CELTA qualification in 2012 and completing my DELTA in 2018.

I specialise in teaching advanced levels and IELTS exam preparation. However, throughout my career I have taught everyone from beginner to advanced and from students to CEO's and I can plan lessons for students of any level.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
My lessons are interactive and designed to give you the most effective and authentic speaking experience possible. Each lesson is planned and structured around a specific aspect of English - Grammar, Speaking, Reading, Vocabulary, Listening etc. - and I use a range of different materials including PDF books, YouTube videos, TED talks, PowerPoint presentations and more. I like to have meaningful discussions that are indicative of the real-world and I try to avoid discussing ‘boring’ topics such as the weather, vacations and hobbies. Additionally, I have a passion for books and as such I have developed comprehensive English courses around some of the most popular nonfiction books available.내 수업 자료

Había tomado otras dos sesiones del círculo de lectura con Ian y en esta ocasión, en un curso privado, leímos "The Psycopath Test". Disfruté mucho la lectura, así como la forma en la que lleva la sesión para estimular el diálogo.
