Hi, I’m a certified English teacher from Niagara Falls, Canada, now based in Toronto. I hold a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in psychology. With over eight years of teaching experience, I specialize in helping students build confidence and fluency in English.
My hobbies include music, travel, and literature, and I’ve lived and taught in countries like China and Indonesia. Along the way, I’ve learned French to a basic level and Mandarin to an intermediate level, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language.

I’ve taught a wide variety of learners, from young children to adults. My journey started as a music teacher in Canada, and I later moved to China, where I taught English in high schools, kindergartens, and training centers. During the pandemic, I transitioned to online teaching while living in Indonesia, and I’ve continued teaching both online and in-person ever since.

That was a nice conversational class with Louis! He is nice, patient and respectful! He asked me questions to stimulate speaking and he also encouraged me to ask any question that I wanted to. I've also read an article about writing and answered discussion questions after reading. It was an interesting and friendly class with him because I was glad to answer all questions and I was able to say everything about myself and my country, city. It was nice to meet him to practice my speaking skills!
