🌸 Hello. My name is Yoshihiro Nakano. I am a certified Japanese teacher, currently working as a hotel clerk at a hotel, Bakery Hotel Château D'or, very near 🦌Deer Park, 🍂Todaiji Temple, ⛩Kasuga Taisha Shrine, in Nara, Japan.
📺 I like learning languages, and through my learning experiences, I have gotten some effective approaches to acquire language skills and I put them into practice in my italki class.

✍ I graduated from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies in 2010, where I majored in teaching Japanese.
1. Majored in teaching Japanese in Kyoto University of Foreign Studies, Kyoto, Japan (2006-2010)
2. Taught at a ward office in my hometown, Osaka, as a volunteer (2011)
3. Taught in private lesson at State University, Melbourne, Australia (2012-2013)
4. Taught at Rajamangala University of Technology Krumpep, Bangkok, Thailand (2013-2014)
5. Completed teaching training as a student teacher at Murrays Bay Intermediate School, Auckland, New Zealand (2019)

🌟 I will teach in English for beginners' class and in Japanese for intermediate and upper class, but it flexibly changes depending on the learner's level.
🏫 I will use many Power Point slides that has various images and audio files from Japanese textbooks できる日本語.
👉 In class using 'できる日本語初級・初中級' I will lead you to guess what the characters in the pictures are likely to say using what you have already learnt. After which, you will listen to a dialogue of what the characters actually conversed. At the first listening, you will listen to the dialogue without the script so you can examine how much and which part you can understand, before you practise listening & speaking.내 수업 자료

In the department I also learned about the language itself, which includes history of the language and how it has changed in the past.

Japanese teacherI have been teaching the Japanese language and culture to students of every grade of the Japanese department. Having worked there for a year, I have learnt a lot of various important tips of teaching. One of them is how we teachers stimulate learners so that they can keep on motivated to study. To be specific, at any time during my class, I made a point of catching students’ attention, by sometimes asking them simple questions or joking so that they can relax, for example.

今回の授業も良かったです。そして、最後の文章はハッピーエンドで本当に良かったです。前の「人生の終わり」の話の内容も良かったですけれども、「死」と関係があって、なんだか少し悲しくて、さびしかったです。

Yoshihiro is awesome and has many different strategies to teach you. I couldn’t suggest his class enough. It’s an excellent balance of grammar and conversation practice. He is patient and very focused on what your trying to achieve. It’s also a huge help he’s bilingual. If you are diligent in your studies this class will keep you motivated. Please take his class, take the initiative and learn Japanese with Yoshihiro.

できる日本語の第六課を勉強しました。楽しかたですね!
「できる日本語」の教科書は、たくさん写真がありますから、好きです。「できる日本語」は「げんき」より面白いですよ。
Yoshi-sensei’s 「できる日本語」classes work well for me because I’m a visual learner. He encourages me to first guess what the characters in the pics are likely to say using what I already learned. After which, we will listen to a dialogue about what the characters actually conversed.
Sensei is great at explaining the nuances of similar words/grammar by illustrating how Japanese culture plays a part, giving example sentences and the appropriate situations to use each word.
Thank you for giving me homework after every lesson. It really helps to reinforce I have learned in class.
