Hello there. My name is Jason. I've taught English on italki for four years. I am TEFL-certified with a BA in journalism. I've been published in newspapers and magazines, both print & online. I am a native speaker of American English. I live in the US city of Seattle, Washington, and I've worked in various startups and professional offices in the Seattle area. I'm interested in world politics & history, literature, economics, comedy, classic films, and music. I've lived in Europe and Southeast Asia.지도 경험
-Informal conversation where the topics are chosen by you or me- I offer feedback to keep your language skills sharp.
-Train your ear for the English language using songs, movies, TV shows and podcasts
-Comprehensible input-style vocabulary acquisition through images and video
-Improve pronunciation, increase vocabulary and augment general familiarity with the language doing out-loud readings in class
-Read books (fiction or non-fiction) written in English and bring me your questions
-Children: reading & quizzes for accent training & overall language familiarity/vocabulary acquisition 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
With each student, I start with conversation, which is all some students want. Topics can be chosen by you, me or both. But I have many activity options to improve grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, etc. You just have to be willing to try! Let me know what you want to work on, and I will find a way to make it happen. I really enjoy phonetics, building vocabulary and just getting to know my students in general through conversation.내 수업 자료

He really loves teaching and genuinely enjoys conversations, so every class is fun and actually helps me improve my English. He’s always teaching me how real Americans actually talk, and my vocabulary has grown so much because of that. He also has his own amazing way of teaching pronunciation. He has a great sense of humor, which makes every lesson fun and never boring, and I think that really helps me remember and use the new vocabulary I learn. For the record, he has never been late or canceled a class.

I’m taking English lessons with Jason to improve my speech fluency and vocabulary. The lessons are so helpful, I get to talk a lot which is what I wanted. Jason suggests different topics and engages in whatever I bring up. I strongly recommend learning with Jason!
