Hello, my name is Jacob. I'm a native English speaker from Arizona, USA. I'm a Masters student at the Universidad de Alcalá and live in Madrid. I recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in English, French and Creative Writing. I currently live in Spain with my wife. I like playing electric guitar, and drinking good coffee! I'm a big fan of English and American poetry, especially the work of Emily Dickinson, Gerard Hopkins and Shakespeare.지도 경험
I enjoy getting to know my students' interests to help them learn English as they would actually want to use it. Do you want to learn English for work, for fun, to make friends? I want to tailor our time together to solidify and meet your goals as an English learner. I also hope to share some of my favorite aspects of my culture and where I grew up while I learn more about you as well! I prefer conversational, inductive lessons to more formal instruction. This is because I find it most helpful to engage with a language through its art: stories, poems and music. These represent the ways native English speakers really build relationships and flourish in their own cultures, which is invaluable whether you are learning English for a job, for schooling, or just for fun!내 수업 자료
