We did a great little experiment, and it went very well. Carla would set a scene, and I would speak about what was happening, but every 5 minutes she would slightly change the scene, or what was happening, so I would have to incorporate those changes, and think on the spot. Great real time thinking exercise. And also she presented herself very well in the class today, without any issues (except I still need to get familiar with her specific accent, but generally I can following what she is trying to say)

Great natural conversation about language learning, and how to improve the process (we spoke in Spanish). We spoke about different online applications, and other processes that work or not (online or offline). Carla really encouraged me to explain what I thought, so I was using my Spanish and using my head. She was well presented, on time, focused, and the internet connection was good. All the basics to actually allow a class to work, on her end were good. It took me 5 minutes to follow her Spanish accent, because I have been learning Latin American Spanish, but I feel she adapted to this, and my ears adapted also, so this really wasn't a problem. It is good to get the real deal, and get used to that, than have it a little too easy, because that is how you truly learn and grow (which was also a theme we talked about). Thanks again Carla
