Hi everyone! I'm Josh and I'm a musician and language lover from Melbourne, Australia. I've been learning Korean since the start of 2022 so I know the value of having someone speaking to you in your target language, and I hope I can provide that value to you! I am a musician (primarily a producer but I also play the guitar), and I also play volleyball and chess in my spare time. Language learning is a relatively new, but nevertheless huge passion of mine as well, and I can't wait to talk to some fellow language lovers!지도 경험
I am a huge believer in Stephen Krashen's "Input Hypothesis", which states that languages are acquired subconsciously when given messages that you understand. For this reason- depending on your level of course- the English I'm speaking to you will be made comprehensible through actions, pictures, or even just slower speech.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I offer three types of sessions:
FREE CONVERSATION
These sessions will simply consist of spontaneous conversations about any topic, without any previous planning or preparation.
PREPARED CONVERSATION
These sessions will consist of us discussing a topic of YOUR choice, whether it is your favourite movie, Netflix series, sport, you name it! I'd be happy to prepare some questions to ask you, and for you to prepare some questions to ask me to get the conversation going :))
TPR (Total Physical Response)
These sessions will consist of us acting out commands together, whilst I'm saying what the commands are ("pick up the pen", "shake the pen" etc).4.9

"I'm really pleased that I found Josh. He meets my expectations perfectly. The lessons are incredibly flexible. What's most important to me is having conversations on various topics. That's how I learn the language. Josh is a big help with this. He maintains the conversation, asks questions, gently corrects me when necessary, provides comments, and explains things. I think he is a good teacher. He is very interesting and keeps pace with the times. His class is very easy. We can talk about a lot of interesting things. I have learned a lot. The cultural differences between the northern and southern hemispheres, and the different systems of the school. I think it has greatly broadened my horizons. I have not only improved my oral English, but also learned the cultures of different countries. In short, he is a good teacher.And He is very considerate of students who are not good at English. He is very patient and can explain difficult words in easy-to-understand words.
