I have improved my awareness, knowledge, and skills for being an effective teacher. While planning my lessons I always focus on my students' personal needs and requirements. I help my students to improve their grammar knowledge and help them to improve their reading/comprehension, writing and speaking skill. she is an outstanding English teacher! Her question-guided teaching method encourages active thinking rather than passive memorization, and it works really well for me.
