It's a journey that forced upon me - the exploration encouraged of the love I have for kids, their fragile minds. This was after my Honor's degree (post-graduate) year - thus one could argue that I was well equipped for the position, knowledge from my research writing (proposal + paper) = inclusive of human behavior, granted me a great depth concerning the subject. I just had the most delightful Zulu language lesson with Phila! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has a knack for making each lesson productive, fascinating, and enjoyable.
What I love most about Phila's teaching style is that she goes beyond just teaching the language. She takes the time to share the history and culture behind certain words, which has helped me gain a deeper appreciation for the language and its roots.
Phila comes to each lesson fully prepared, and she even provides additional materials after class to make learning Isizulu a breeze! In just a short time, I feel like I've made significant progress and now have a solid understanding of the core rules and concepts of the language.
