Hello, I'm James and I'm an English and Tagalog teacher from the Philippines!
I love music so my hobbies include playing the guitar and singing with my wife.
I love travelling too. It helps me in my self-development and gives chances to learn about other cultures and backgrounds. I get to taste different cuisines. I have a good palate^^.
I have lived in South Korea for 10 years so I was able to learn basic Korean communication skills.지도 경험

Getting to know the student by asking them questions about themselves and why they want to learn English is relevant in my teaching method. I listen carefully and in that way, I can able to figure out what I need to work on with the students. My teaching is more on casual conversations. My students will expect my classes to be educative, interactive and of course fun. I'm really flexible. I can slow down for beginners and can speed things up with those advanced in level. Sobrang thankful para kay James. Nag-aaral akong tagalog para sa isang taon at karamihan ang journey ko kasama si James. Pumunta ako sa philippines sa Marso 2014 at hindi ko alam kung nagkaroon akong same experience without tulong si James.

Guro James is a great teacher and is often interested in asking his students about news from their region and sharing news from the Philippines as well. He prepares his lessons well if you have any outstanding questions he might not know, he will get back to you in the next lesson to answer particulars of Tagalog and also practise those examples. He is patient and will make the best use of time with however long your learning session is with him. I highly recommend him as an excellent Tagalog teacher and he's helped me immensely with improving my Tagalog. Maraming salamat po para sa mga session mo tsaka salamat sa pagtulong sa akin.
