My name is Joe and I am a English tutor from the U.K. I have lived in Germany since 2016. I also speak German and Vietnamese.
I am passionate about teaching and helping others improve. As a language learner myself, I understand the challenges faced by adult language learners.
I enjoy reading, hiking, and sports. My main passion, however, is learning, with a strong interest in philosophy, history, and languages. I have experience talking to people from all around the world and am fascinated by other cultures. I look forward to hearing about you and yours!지도 경험

- Lessons are personalised and adjusted to your level and requirements. Throughout all lesson types, I will offer corrections and suggestions to help you sound more natural and communicate better.
- To help remember new vocabulary and grammar, I provide a google document with all the lesson notes and we will return to these over time. This is the key to remembering them long-term.

Ich kann den Englischunterricht bei Joe absolut empfehlen. Er geht gezielt auf meine Schwächen ein und erklärt den Unterrichtsstoff so, dass ich ihn wirklich verstehe. Dabei bleibt er immer geduldig und motivierend. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass der Unterricht klar strukturiert ist und trotzdem Raum für individuelle Fragen lässt.

My first lesson was amazing. I absolutely loved talking to Joe, he asked a lot of questions about my background and goals, gave feedback on my level of English, described what is best for improving and explained how our future lessons could look like. Apart from this, Joe has an amazing personality, talking to him was a lovely experience.
