Ciao! I'm Giusy, your future Italian teacher 🌸
I’m from Sorrento, a beautiful village near Naples. I’m a certified teacher with two Master’s degrees in Italian Language and Teaching Methods. I’m also a CELI and CILS examiner, and I love helping students prepare for their exams.
My lessons are friendly, flexible, and tailored to your goals — whether for travel, work, love, or fun!
Outside of class, I enjoy walking by the sea, taking photos, cooking, and eating too much chocolate ice cream 🍦😄

I discovered my passion for teaching during a traineeship at the Italian Cultural Institute in Mexico City. That experience showed me how powerful language can be in connecting people and cultures.

Giusy is a fantastic teacher with a beautiful personality 🌻 she’s friendly, authentic, open and will be your biggest cheerleader in your learning - you can tell how genuinely proud she is of your progress and it’s the best boost you can get.
She’s also the most effective teacher I’ve had because she pushes you further than you believe you’re capable of; this has made me improve massively.
As a teacher, Giusy is highly adaptable with lessons, is full of curiosities about Italy and puts in lots of effort for preparing lessons, e.g inventing lots of B2 practise oral questions for me.
Speaking has always been the most challenging part of learning for me, but I’m a much more confident version of myself now when speaking Italian because of you! I couldn’t have taken the exam without you.
