✨¡Hola! My name is Rey Meraz and I’m a native Spanish speaker from Mexicali, Mexico, currently living in Mexico City. I've been teaching Spanish for over four years now to students above 18 years old of many nationalities.
✨ The fact that you are taking this huge step to learn a new language is amazing! That means we both like new challenges, and I'll be motivating you to reach your learning goals! I have been with him for over a year, and he's been instrumental in improving my spanish. At first, we went over basic stuff and the various verb tenses. Now we talk about our weekends and movies, and I bring him questions for clarification, like the difference between morder and dar una mordida.

Rey is a great teacher. He covers a lot of content in a short time while keeping it easy to understand and applicable to use immediately. He switches briefly to English to help explain while seamlessly switching back to Spanish to keep the lesson feeling fully immersed but allowing me to still be able to follow along. Thank you Rey!
