After 3 lessons with Thiago (Leitura e escrite, Conversação em português e entendendo letras de músicas), I was really impressed by his professionalism, and his way of teaching, you feel comfortable during the conversation, the learning is so fun and smooth, you'll see an improvement right after the first lesson, I would definitely recommend his classes!!

Thiago was a great teacher, definitely 5-stars. I have tried a few teachers on iTalki and I loved how easy it was to speak with him, he made conversation effortless. Also, I have had some issues with teachers in Brasil having a bad wifi setup. Thiago had perfect video and audio and we weren't interrupted at all. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been taking classes with Thiago for about a month now, and I’m really enjoying the experience. Our conversations cover a variety of interesting topics, which makes me feel like my Portuguese is improving even though I’m still very much a beginner. I especially appreciate how he gently corrects me without ever being condescending or making me feel uncomfortable. Thiago also inspires me to explore Brazilian culture, music, art, and history—all of which enrich my learning and help me connect with the language on a deeper level.
