Today marks three years since I started learning Hindi and studying the different aspects of Indian culture with Ruchi ji. In these three years I have completed 526 lessons with her. I have reached these milestones because of Ruchi ji's professionalism, abilities as a teacher, and passion to contribute to a better understanding of all things Indian. She is an outstanding teacher - patient, imaginative, encouraging, understanding and committed. Each class I have had with her has not only been enjoyable but has also made me look forward to the next class. I cannot thank Ruchi ji enough for all the effort and time she has put into my learning and studying. I continue to hope that she finds me worthy of her efforts because it is the least I can do to show her my respect and appreciation for what she contributes to my life. Dhanyavaad Guru ji.

Ruchi is a really excellent Hindi teacher, who is able to explain difficult grammatical concepts in an easily digestible way. She's also very patient!

I have really loved taking lessons with Ruchi. Lessons with her were really fun and I learnt a lot. She explained grammar points very well and was super easy to talk to.

Today's class marked 400 classes with Ruchi ji. I am pleased beyond words that I persevered with my Hindi because as I write this I am traveling through North India using my hindi to gain the most valuable experience from my travels. I would not have achieved this milestone were it not for the Ruchi ji's teaching style, patience, and enthusiasm. She is an incredible teacher and has helped me enormously to not only understand Hindi but also understand the deep and broad culture that surrounds it. Ruchi ji's passion for Hindi and India is one of the driving forces behind every class she teaches me. Thank you, Ruchi ji for your efforts. you are a blessing in my life.

Yesterday, I achieved two goals. I completed 800 classes and came first in the Diamond League in Duolingo. Added to these milestones, is that on AUG 13th, I finished 5 years of Hindi classes. Each milestone reflects Ruchi's commitment to teaching me, exchanging knowledge with me, and guiding me. For those of you who study for the joy of learning, you will appreciate how rare it is to be with one teacher for so long. The credit belongs to Ruchi. She makes every class an adventure, every failure an opportunity to learn, and every learning an advancement of in knowledge and understanding. To my Guru, Ruchi ji, my sincere thanks for not giving up on me, for encouraging me, for teaching me with passion, and for sharing your knowledge and love of all things India.

I have done 730 classes with Ruchi. Each class running for 60 mins and on average 4 days a week since 13 August 2022. I am very, very grateful to Ruchi ji for putting up with me for this long. Her professionalism is made up of qualities including punctuality, commitment, encouragement, patience, expertise, and pedagogy. Each of these qualities in one person would be admirable but to have all of them in my teacher is a blessing for me. She never stops striving for excellence in her teaching. For example, recently she started producing outstanding short YouTube reels to help students to better understand spoken Hindi. She is also developing a Beginner to Intermediate Hindi text and exercise book that can be used both online and in hard copy. She continues to teach me about India. I have developed a love for Indian classical music and dance because of her interest in these two art forms. She is an outstanding ambassador not only for Hindi but also for India.
