🌟ENGLISH TEACHER FOR KIDS🌟 TEFL & Early Childhood Education Certified 🌟 Hi there! I’m Amanda, a certified English as a Foreign or Second Language teacher from Illinois, USA. I specialize in teaching children and am known for my playful, friendly, and supportive teaching style. I love building caring connections with each student and helping them feel confident and excited about learning. With over 7 years of experience and more than 1,000 students taught, I bring professionalism, care, and creativity to every class. I’m trained in early childhood education and cross-cultural communication, and my own experience learning two foreign languages and living abroad helps me connect with students from around the world. My lessons are fun, meaningful, and confidence-building. I take time to understand how each child learns best and adapt my teaching accordingly. Mistakes are corrected in a gentle, playful way, and I aim to create a safe space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe the goal of language learning is communication, not perfection. Through positivity, play, and real conversation practice, I help children express themselves clearly, connect with others, and build confidence in real-world situations. I also provide feedback after every class so parents feel involved and informed. Lessons are for children only, ages 5–12. Lesson lengths are 25, 40, or 55 minutes. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
