Queenie

Queenie is an amazing teacher. She explains very clearly and methodically using her materials. She is very patient. After each lesson, she hands out some materials to practice with such as audio and visual content. It is evident that she truly loves teaching Mandarin. She will tell you whenever you are doing right but will also tell you when you can improve something. During the lessons, she often makes use of English analogies to familiarise you with certain rules for e.g. pronunciation. Her passion combined with her skill makes her the teacher you need for improving your Mandarin.

It seems like Queenie's favorite thing to do in the whole world is to help me improve my Mandarin! She seems so happy to be there, and so very pleased with any tiny improvement I make. When I make a mistake, she corrects me clearly with kindness and good humor - and really, all this inspires me to work harder and to improve.
