Hi! I'm Mara, your Italian tutor on a mission: to turn learning into enjoyable, culture-rich conversations! Born and raised in Italy, I love exploring languages (I speak four) and sharing tips to master them without stress. I know learning can feel intimidating, but with me, it’ll feel like chatting with a friend: natural, fun, and super useful. Ready to get started? 😊 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 📣 I do not teach children and absolute beginners (A1). 🚨 IMPORTANT: If you can’t attend a lesson, please let me know in advance. If you miss a booked class, kindly mark it as complete and book another. If you notify me ahead of time, I’ll be happy to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding! 🗣 My class' focus is on conversation full of vocabulary terms for the student to learn. The topic will change every time: culture, food, literature, recipes, movies, travels... 🤹🏻 The students will describe pictures, do dictation activities and funny exercises, but mostly talk about their routine, their travels, and more. At the end of the class I always tell my students my thoughts about their Italian skills based on the conversation we had, and I give them some tips to improve progressively. ⭐️ This is a safe space: feel free to share your thoughts, make mistakes and make questions. Don’t stress too much and enjoy the process. Time flies with Mara! I have had a regular weekly conversation with her since the beginning of January. We have had good, engaging discussions about a plethora of topics.
