I create a google document for each student and type everything that we do/say during the class. I ask a lot of questions and wait patiently until you answer - after that I provide grammar and pronunciation corrections and suggest different words you could have used and type it all in the document. I would say these languages are all the same with small regional differences and it is a kind of political issue that we all call it differently. I know that many people prefer native speakers, but it can sometimes be tricky. The native speakers are good teachers only if they are foreign langauge teachers, believe me.
