In dieser Arbeit ist es mir wichtig, jedes Kind dort abzuholen, wo es steht, realistische Ziele zu entwickeln, Stärken zu entdecken und Lernblockaden zu überwinden.

I adapt my teaching to the student because everyone is unique, the learner has his own tempo and there are different types of learners like auditive, visual and kinesthetic ones.
