What is the right way to say?
If you want to say something like "People who you love and I will always be with you", can you say "Your loving people" instead of "People who you love"? In other words, can you say "Your loving people and I will always be with you"?

"your loved ones" would be a better choice. (But i don't see the connection between "People who you love " and " I will always be with you". )

Your sentence is OK but slightly awkwardly constructed. I would rephrase it as "I, along with those you love, will always be with you."
