Hi, I'm David Giles, an English teacher and Language Coach.
I'm a native English speaker from the UK with a passion for languages. I'm fluent in Spanish, French and Italian, conversational in Mandarin, Japanese, Portuguese and Catalan and am currently working on Vietnamese, German, Korean and Russian too!
I have a CELTA teaching Certificate from the University Cambridge, a Masters in Applied Linguistics from the University of Barcelona and am currently completing my Diploma in TESOL. I am also a certified yoga instructor and practising Transformational Life Coach.Ik als leerkracht

I combine elements of English teaching, Language Coaching and Life Coaching to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
As well as energetic language teaching, I will coach you on advanced memorisation techniques that will improve your memory in English and your own language, motivational strategies to keep you working at your best even when you don't feel it and we will work together to overcome the limiting beliefs that stop you communicating with confidence.

It was a pleasure to join David's lesson. We reviewed something I studied in the past week and David helped me correct my grammar when I spoke. I really liked the materials he prepared before the class. It helped me organise my weekly study plan in advance. Good work David! Look forward to our next lesson!

In a very brief session - first and trial lesson - David showed me his lesson's structure as we already did some exercises together. He has a very interesting way to keep the student attention and a special material where both, student and teacher, can work together in real time. Super recommended!
