I can’t recommend Jin highly enough! She puts 100% effort into her lessons and I have benefitted so much as a result. I originally approached Jin for some extra support with Chinese knowledge and since then I think my Chinese and my confidence in speaking it has dramatically increased. If you are looking for a teacher that can provide enjoyable lessons, gives you constructive feedback, tailors the lesson to your learning style and level, goes beyond the textbook and reliable, then you have found her here.

Very happy with the Cantonese lessons from Jin. Provides good class-material to be used during the lessons. She is very patient, for exampling when checking my pronunciation. Happy with the Google Sheet provided with the words/sentences she has taught me.

Honestly, she's one of the best teachers I've had. Incredibly smart and knowledgeable. I can tell she has a profound understanding of her own language.

It's so rare to find a teacher who is so knowledgeable in Chinese linguistics AND so fun to talk to. Jin is a very supportive and patient teacher. She uses a variety of teaching materials to make her lessons fun and enjoyable. I'd rate her lessons 10 stars if I could.

Jin is an exceptional teacher. She is the full package if you're looking for someone to establish friendly rapport with, without getting too personal. She speaks clearly, slowly and provides ample talking time. She takes your interests into consideration and she makes you feel at ease even if you are completely out of your comfort zone. Her instructions are to the point. Her resources are credible and the lesson plan is well-thought out. It was a great privilege!
