I used to have a best friend. My former best friend and I were the birds of a feather. The friendship began on the grounds of shared interest for one famous music band. Then we started creating running jokes which were comprehended only by us. Subsequently, we became so close-knit that we could not spend a day without each other. But eventually, as teenagers develop into adults, those adults come to be estranged, as school friends are replaced with college peers, then colleagues and family.
