writing practice: Would you correct my text ? thank you!! 【the connection between emotional well being and physical health】 An Increasing amount of research has shown that there is a delicate relationship between mental health and physical health. That is to say, mind and body are closely related. Many physical problems can stem from mental issues. Some studies show that if people feel miserable or depressed, they always suffer from insomnia and anxiety. As a result, lack of sleep might wreak havoc on their physical health, especially the immune system and digestive system. Moreover,people with mental issues are more difficult to focus because they don’t feel energized and motivated. This problem always causes procrastination and leads to exhaustion. This is such a vicious circle that needs to be reckoned with. In hope of staying positive, we might take up some stress-relieving activities, such as meditation or yoga, that can help us vent negative emotions. If it is necessary, we can also turn to a psychologist or a therapist. With their assistance, we can more easily get through ups and downs in our lives. The obvious conclusion to be drawn is there is no doubt that negative emotional states take its toll on physical health. Notably, we can see the mental and physical states play an important role in maintaining overall well-being since good emotions give us resilience to manage the vicissitudes of day-to-day life
